A Day at Blue Stone Manor with Dorinda Medley
An Enchanting Experience Awaits
If you’re a fan of The Real Housewives, you may have dreamed of spending a day at Blue Stone Manor, the iconic Berkshires estate of former RHONY star Dorinda Medley. Lucky for us, Danny Murphy and Evan Real, co-hosts of Page Six’s “Virtual Reali-Tea,” had the chance to chat with Dorinda while exploring her lavishly decorated home for Halloween. This enchanting setting provides a glimpse into the luxurious lifestyle that fans have come to adore.
A Stylish Arrival
Special thanks to Tri-State Cadillac, who provided us with a sleek LYRIQ electric vehicle for our stylish journey from New York City to Massachusetts. Arriving at Blue Stone Manor, built in 1902, feels like stepping into a Bravolebrity dream. This estate has been the backdrop for unforgettable Housewives moments, including Luann de Lesseps storming out of the infamous “Fish Room.” The rich history of the manor adds to its allure, making it a must-visit for any reality TV enthusiast.
The Peacock Room: A Historic Gem
The Peacock Room is one of the most notable spaces in Blue Stone Manor. Inspired by a vibrant peacock statue Dorinda purchased from Barneys (RIP), this room holds significance for both Bravo history and Dorinda’s heart. RHONY fans will recognize it as the setting where Bethenny Frankel famously told Ramona Singer to “own it.” The room also features a beloved painting by Julie Heffernan, which has become a meme phenomenon, further cementing its place in Housewives lore.
The Infamous Fish Room
Next, we ventured into the “Fish Room,” a space synonymous with drama and allure. Though it may not have been suitable for a star like Luann, it has become a fan-favorite destination. We were taken by its beauty, with breathtaking views from the private bathroom’s window making us reconsider leaving! The room’s unique charm and the stories it holds contribute to its iconic status among fans.
Dining in Style
The dining room of Blue Stone Manor serves as the perfect setting for a classic Housewives dinner, complete with thrilling exchanges and spooky tales. This year, the table’s elegant setup by interior expert Vincent Festa III followed a “floor rot” theme, blending moss with hauntingly beautiful decorations. Dorinda treated us to her famous lasagna and a Halloween-inspired stew, ensuring we were well-fed around the beautifully adorned table. After satisfying our appetites, Dorinda led us outside to admire the estate’s glistening pool, a sight that would captivate even the most skeptical Housewives fans. Personally, we couldn’t resist the thought of taking a dip!
Cherished Moments with Dorinda
In the end, the best part of the day was spending time with Dorinda in her beloved home, especially during her favorite season. The blend of nostalgia, elegance, and Halloween spirit made the experience truly unforgettable. Whether reminiscing about Housewives moments or savoring delicious dishes, every moment at Blue Stone Manor was filled with warmth and charm. For The Real Housewives fans, this enchanting escape into Dorinda’s world is a dream come true, proving that sometimes, reality TV magic can indeed become real.
