Jessica Alba Spotted Without Wedding Ring While Dining with Italian Producer in Rome
Jessica Alba was recently seen enjoying dinner in Rome as production on her latest film, Maserati: The Brother in Italy, kicked off. The 43-year-old actress dined with Andrea Iervolino, an Italian producer working on the film, at the renowned Bolognese Restaurant on Monday night.
After savoring their meal, the pair left the restaurant together in Andrea’s white Audi. Notably, Jessica was not wearing her wedding ring, though this isn’t the first time she’s been spotted without it. Just last week, she was seen ringless while sunbathing during a family vacation in Mexico.
Jessica’s Stylish Look and Professional Partnership
For the evening, Jessica opted for a chic black coat, a turtleneck sweater, and a long, elegant necklace. Meanwhile, Andrea is spearheading the production of Maserati: The Brother in Italy, a biographical film featuring an impressive cast, including Michele Morrone, Anthony Hopkins, and Andy Garcia.
According to IMDb, the film “chronicles the journey of the Maserati family, from their founding in 1914 to becoming one of Italy’s most iconic luxury car manufacturers, competing alongside Ferrari and Lamborghini.” Directed by Oscar-winning filmmaker Bobby Moresco, the movie promises to be a cinematic tribute to the brand’s legacy.
Andrea expressed his excitement for the project in a statement to Deadline: “Working with such an extraordinary cast and filming in iconic locations like Cinecittà is the perfect way to honor the Maserati family legacy. Additionally, with Tuscany Film Studio’s VR technology, we’re creating an innovative cinematic experience deeply rooted in Italian heritage.”
Filming Locations and Production Progress
Filming began last month at the famed Cinecittà Studios in Rome, with additional scenes shot in Modena and Bologna. The movie aims to showcase both the Maserati family’s history and the picturesque landscapes of Italy.
Jessica’s professional commitments come shortly after a relaxing family vacation in Puerto Vallarta, Mexico, with her husband Cash Warren and their three children: Honor (16), Haven (13), and Hayes (6). She shared glimpses of their trip on Instagram, including playful beach moments and a family photo session where Cash served as the photographer.
“Mexico with my main crew,” Jessica captioned her post, highlighting the fun-filled getaway.
Jessica’s Thoughts on Her Children Entering Showbiz
In a June interview, Jessica reflected on her children potentially pursuing careers in entertainment. While she wouldn’t discourage them, she admitted she’d prefer if they worked behind the scenes.
“The thing is, if you tell your kids anything, they’ll probably do the opposite, right?” she said. “If they want to be performers, maybe they can become producers, writers, or directors.”
Jessica emphasized the importance of leadership roles in the industry, adding, “I think it’s crucial to be in a position where they can maintain autonomy and dignity while contributing to the arts.”
Therapy as a Tool for Parenting
Jessica has also been open about her journey as a parent. In a January interview with Real Simple, she revealed that she and her daughters have attended therapy together, which has helped improve their communication.
“Honor was probably 11 when we started,” Jessica recalled. “We’d constantly argue over silly things, and I thought, ‘I don’t want to live like this. This isn’t fun. I don’t want there to be a rift between us.’”
Jessica explained that therapy provided a neutral space where her daughter could express herself. “As her mom, when I said something, she often saw it as me trying to control her,” Jessica said. “I wanted someone else to explain things in a way I couldn’t.”
She shared her approach with Honor: “I told her, ‘I want to be a better parent for you, and this is a space where you can talk about anything that bothers you.’”
Between her thriving career and her role as a dedicated mother, Jessica continues to navigate both worlds with grace. Whether she’s starring in a high-profile film or engaging in meaningful conversations with her kids, she remains a role model for balancing personal and professional life.
