Adele Enjoys Romantic Dinner with Fiancé Rich Paul in LA, Talks Wedding and Baby Plans
Adele and her fiancé, Rich Paul, were spotted enjoying a cosy dinner in West Hollywood last Friday. The romantic outing came shortly after Paul’s 43rd birthday, which the Grammy-winning singer likely helped him celebrate earlier in the week.
A Love Story in the Making
The British powerhouse, 36, first went public with her relationship with the KLUTCH Sports Group CEO in September 2021. Their love story has since blossomed, with the couple purchasing a Beverly Hills mansion in August 2022. By September 2023, Adele affectionately referred to Paul as her “husband” during one of her shows.
Rich proposed to Adele on July 18, presenting her with a stunning four-carat diamond engagement ring. The singer confirmed their engagement during a concert in Munich on August 9, sparking excitement among fans about their future together.
Date Night Style
For their recent date night, Adele exuded casual elegance. She paired a white crew-neck top with a chic black hooded coat, accessorized with a sleek black handbag. Meanwhile, Paul opted for a sporty look, donning a black-and-white tracksuit with matching sneakers.
Dreaming of a Daughter
During a heartfelt moment on stage in May, Adele opened up about her hopes for the future.
“After finishing all my commitments and shows, I want to have a baby,” the I Drink Wine singer revealed. “I want a daughter because I already have a son. I feel she could either be the person I love the most in the world—or the one I butt heads with the most.”
She added humorously, “She’d always keep me in check, wouldn’t she? With me as her mom and Rich as her dad, she’d be a little bossy queen!”
Paul, who hails from Ohio, is already a father to three children—Reonna, Richie, and Zane—from previous relationships.
A Triumphant Residency
Adele recently concluded her highly successful weekends with Adele residency at The Colosseum at Caesars Palace in Las Vegas. The 100-show run, which ended on November 23, reportedly grossed an impressive $52.8 million.
In her emotional farewell, Adele thanked Paul for his unwavering support throughout the residency.
“Thank you for always being there for me and making me feel like I can do anything I want,” the Oscar-winning artist shared. “There were moments when I was exhausted or emotionally drained, and I deeply appreciate your love and encouragement.”
Balancing Motherhood and Stardom
Adele’s 12-year-old son, Angelo James Konecki, was a frequent presence at her shows. She revealed that her decision to undertake the lucrative residency was largely inspired by her desire to maintain a sense of normalcy for her son.
“I chose to do the residency so I could keep life steady for him,” she explained. “I’ve done that, and I wouldn’t trade it for the world. But now, I can spend weekends with him because he can’t always come with me. I love him so much. Thank you for being patient with me.”
Adele shares joint custody of Angelo with her ex-husband, Simon Konecki, following their amicable split in 2019. The former couple finalized their divorce in March 2021 after seven years of marriage.
Though fans eagerly await news of her next tour, Adele has hinted at taking a break from live performances for now.
“I don’t know when I’ll perform again,” she admitted recently. However, fans can look forward to her Weekends with Adele Live in Las Vegas box set, which includes three vinyl LPs and a 56-page photo book. Priced at $349, it is available for pre-order ahead of its April release.
As Adele looks forward to her wedding and dreams of expanding her family, she continues to shine both on and off the stage, captivating the world with her extraordinary talent and heartfelt authenticity.
